Welding Technology

Currently available procedures are : GTAW, HotWire, SAW, SMAW, FCAW, STT, GMAW, in combination of manual, orbital and automated processes.

The welders are trained parallel to the welding procedures in theory and in practice. Welders are certified according to the international standards at the dedicated in-house Welders Training Center.

Welder performances are tracked by the ERP sysytem and evaluated daily.

Procedure qualification records include ferrrous and non-ferrous materials like P91, P22, 9%Ni, Alloy 31, Alloy C276, SB209 5083 (Aluminum), SA213TP 409-347, S690, S460NL, 15NiCuNb5, Titanium, Incolloy, Duplex Stainless Steels etc....

Procedure tests are executed in our mechanical & metallograpy laboratory within the witness of inspection companies.

6Sigma Methology is used by Black & Green Belt Welding staff in increasing quality and efficiency.
