Cimtas Piping Industries and Trading Ltd. Co. is a fully owned subsidiary of Cimtas incorporated in Turkey to provide integrated engineering, procurement, induction bending, fabrication, painting and NDE services for the piping requirements of the power and process industries. The delivery scope ranges from prefabricated pipe spools to skids and modules complete with valves, instrumentation and related equipment. The Company is conveniently located within 3 from three international deep-sea ports and is inside the Bursa Free Zone in Gemlik, Turkey. This shop is built on a 17.400 sqm fenced yard with 11.500 sqm covered fabrication shop space with 12.000 tons/year triple shift capacity, dedicated blasting, painting, acid and phosphate cleaning facilities, heat treatment and RT cabins, GTAW, HotWire, SAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW welding and automation, two induction bending machines, e-nabled QA/QC systems, destructive and non-destructive examination laboratories, advanced IT, ERP and MIS.
