CIMTAS Pipe Fabrication and Trading Ltd. Co. has been incorporated to provide integrated design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, painting and FOB delivery services for power, process and OEM piping systems. The Company’s state-of-the-art facility is located at 1 km from Cimtas Works in Gemlik, Turkey and 3 km from international deep-sea ports. It is built on a 59.000 sqm fenced yard with 13.500 sqm covered fabrication shop space with 10 bays, 34 overhead cranes, 1 tower crane, 7 portal cranes, 1.500 tonnes/month production capacity, dedicated blasting, painting, passivation and pickling facilities, heat treatment and RT cabins, GTAW, HotWire, SAW, SMAW, FCAW, STT, GMAW welding and automation, CNC and NC cold bending from 1/2" to 10"dia, e-nabled QA/QC systems, destructive and non-destructive examination facilities, advanced IT, ERP and MIS.
